Hello and welcome, please pour yourself a cup of coffee and stay awhile! I am Meghan, a Wedding and Portrait Photographer based in Washington D.C. I am originally from Florida, but I moved to the D.C. area seven years ago. I absolutely love being here and I love having the opportunity to photograph my clients in such a beautiful city. Portraits amidst the Cherry Blossoms are simply sublime!

I am a lover of natural light photography. I believe in showcasing your love story in the most authentic way possible, by capturing genuine moments between you and your beloved. My hope is that the portraits taken during our time together will reflect your truest selves.

When I am not behind the camera, I enjoy playing the piano, singing musicals at the top of my lungs, frequenting the local coffee shop, and walking around The Tidal Basin. It really is my happy place in the city. If you haven't been, promise me you'll go. (preferably at sunset) Leave your iphone in the car and just soak in the beauty, I can guarantee you won't regret it.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

You’ve Got Mail is my sister and I’s movie. The number of times we've watched it it together is completely ridiculous, but it explains why I can basically quote the film it in it’s entirety, and the “Insights into my Soul” reference.
Nutella lattes are my drink of choice, Europe has a piece of my heart, and the score to Little Women moves me every time I hear it.

I buy nail polish based on the name. Peonies, Dahlias and Ranunculus are my favorite flowers, and the anticipation of Christmas makes me just as giddy now as it did when I was seven. Broccoli Cheddar soup from Panera is my favorite, and I'm not sure I could ever turn down an invitation to peruse Anthropologie.
