This weekend I had the pleasure of photographing the sweetest couple, Rebekah and Coleman.  We met at the reflecting pool just after daybreak, and the view was glorious. It isn’t everyday that you get to see the sunrise at such an iconic location… After soaking in a bit of the beauty, we wandered up the steps to the top of the Lincoln Memorial. These two slow danced at the top, walked among the columns, and said hello to Abe. Previously, I had seen some beautiful photographs at the DC World War 1 Memorial so we set off in search of it. After walking along the reflecting pool a bit, we found it nestled among the trees. I just loved the classic marble structure, and the beautiful dome above. It made the perfect backdrop for portraits. Rebekah and Coleman, you two are lovely. Hearing your story, and about your love for God and for each other was so inspiring. I can’t wait to photograph your Wedding Ceremony in July.
